You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 11.5aInsufficient margin. Allowing a period that assumes no queue, no traffic and no error.
- § 11.5bThe final task. Introducing an unscheduled errand into a schedule with no room for one.
- § 11.5cOptimistic transit estimate. Costing the journey at a duration achieved only once, at night.
- § 11.5dSecurity disregard. Failing to account for a queue that is present on every occasion.
- § 11.5eThe forgotten document. Discovering an absent passport at a distance from the passport.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent arrive at the airport at the time the airline actually recommends, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
