You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

Provisions breached
  1. § 27.6a
    Inadequate following distance. Maintaining a gap that no reaction time could survive.
  2. § 27.6b
    Headlight signaling. Applying full beam to a vehicle already traveling at the limit.
  3. § 27.6c
    Gap closure on braking. Advancing into the space created by the vehicle ahead slowing.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent keep a gap of at least two seconds at all times, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.

Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
