You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

    Appropriation of allowance. Transferring weight to another traveller’s case at the desk.
  2. § 11.4b
    The optimistic estimate. Declaring a case to be fine on the basis of having lifted it once.
  3. § 11.4c
    Contingency packing. Including garments for weather forecast for a different country.
  4. § 11.4d
    Footwear multiplication. Bringing more pairs of shoes than there are days.
  5. § 11.4e
    The unused item. Returning with a third of the case untouched and undiscussed.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent pack within your own allowance and weigh it before leaving, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
