Complainant · a member of the household

You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 27.4a
Denial of reasonable entry. Closing a gap specifically in response to a signalled intention.
  2. § 27.4b
Acceleration on approach. Increasing speed to prevent an entry that was otherwise safe.
  3. § 27.4c
The averted gaze. Avoiding eye contact in order to avoid acknowledging the request.
  4. § 27.4d
Zip disregard. Refusing to alternate at a merge point where alternating is the entire system.
  5. § 27.4e
Proximity closure. Reducing the following distance to a length that forecloses the manoeuvre.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent leave the gap and let one vehicle in, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
