You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 25.4aProlonged storage. Retaining goods in their packaging well beyond any assembly window.
- § 25.4bCirculation obstruction. Reducing a hallway to a width requiring a turn of the shoulders.
- § 25.4cThe opened box. Beginning the process, removing two components, and stopping there.
- § 25.4dInstruction misplacement. Losing the only document capable of resolving the matter.
- § 25.4eSurplus fittings. Completing an item and retaining eleven parts of unknown purpose.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent assemble it, or return it, within two weeks of delivery, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
