    Reproduction at an excessive level. Setting a volume exceeding the needs of everybody present.
  2. § 24.3b
    Subtitle refusal. Declining the alternative that would resolve this entirely.
  3. § 24.3c
    The advert differential. Permitting a break to arrive at a level nobody consented to.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent set it at a level the other people in the room can talk over, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.
