v.
Upon complaint of
Sarah
Complainant · a member of the household

You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 38.2a
Occupation by an unregistered party. Housing a non-tenant on terms indistinguishable from tenancy.
  2. § 38.2b
Utility contribution. Increasing the household’s consumption without increasing its income.
  3. § 38.2c
Bathroom queue extension. Adding a person to a morning rota agreed between the tenants.
  4. § 38.2d
The retained key. Issuing access to somebody the other tenants did not agree to.
  5. § 38.2e
Communal occupation. Establishing the pair in shared space for the length of an evening, nightly.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent keep guests to occasional nights, or agree a share of the rent, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
