    The absent owner. Leaving the device sounding in a room you have already left.
  3. § 23.3c
    Serial scheduling. Setting eleven alarms at nine-minute intervals across ninety minutes.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent set one alarm, and get up when it goes, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.

Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
