Complainant · a member of the household

You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 15.1a
Unauthorised advancement. Entering a queue at a point other than its end.
  2. § 15.1b
The claimed acquaintance. Joining a known party far forward and describing it as always having been so.
  3. § 15.1c
Ambiguity exploitation. Advancing through the gap created by another’s politeness.
  4. § 15.1d
Parallel formation. Establishing a second queue alongside the first and declaring it equal.
  5. § 15.1e
The brief enquiry. Approaching the counter to ask a question and then simply remaining there.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent join at the back, as everybody else has done, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
