You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 15.5a
    Broadcast of a private call. Conducting a two-way conversation at a volume making it public.
  2. § 15.5b
    Camera imposition. Including strangers in a video frame without their knowledge.
  3. § 15.5c
    Volume escalation. Raising the level to overcome the noise of a moving train.
  4. § 15.5d
    The repeated “can you hear me”. Establishing audibility at length, loudly, several times.
  5. § 15.5e
    Duration. Sustaining the practice for the greater part of an hour.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent use headphones, or take the call somewhere private, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
