Complainant · a member of the household

You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 28.1a
Failure to return equipment. Departing an area leaving equipment where it was used.
  2. § 28.1b
The loaded bar. Leaving a bar at a weight the next user must strip before starting.
  3. § 28.1c
Rack misallocation. Returning plates to positions marked, clearly, for other plates.
  4. § 28.1d
Dumbbell dispersal. Distributing a pair across two ends of a room.
  5. § 28.1e
Floor storage. Positioning equipment where somebody will find it with a shin.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent return every weight to its rack before leaving the area, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
