You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 15.4a
    Unsolicited provision. Supplying a soundtrack to people who did not request one.
  2. § 15.4b
    Selection without consultation. Choosing the material on behalf of everybody present.
  3. § 15.4c
    Tinny reproduction. Delivering it through a speaker incapable of reproducing any of it well.
  4. § 15.4d
    The shared bench. Extending the practice to a park bench occupied by another party.
  5. § 15.4e
    Skipping. Changing track every forty seconds for the duration of the journey.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent use headphones in every public space, without exception, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
