You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 32.2a
    Transfer of a received gift. Passing on an item given to you, as though chosen.
  2. § 32.2b
    Card retention. Leaving the previous message inside the packaging.
  3. § 32.2c
    Circular return. Returning an item to the person who originally gave it to you.
  4. § 32.2d
    Condition disregard. Presenting an item visibly used, opened or expired.
  5. § 32.2e
    The wrong recipient. Selecting an item bearing the name or initials of another person.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent give something bought for the person receiving it, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
