You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 32.2aTransfer of a received gift. Passing on an item given to you, as though chosen.
- § 32.2bCard retention. Leaving the previous message inside the packaging.
- § 32.2cCircular return. Returning an item to the person who originally gave it to you.
- § 32.2dCondition disregard. Presenting an item visibly used, opened or expired.
- § 32.2eThe wrong recipient. Selecting an item bearing the name or initials of another person.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent give something bought for the person receiving it, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
