Respondent · hereinafter “the Occupant”
v.
Upon complaint of
Sarah
Complainant · a member of the household

You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 14.1a
Persistent interruption. Beginning to speak while another person is demonstrably still doing so.
  2. § 14.1b
The anticipatory finish. Completing another’s sentence incorrectly and proceeding as though correctly.
  3. § 14.1c
Volume escalation. Resolving simultaneous speech by becoming the louder participant.
  4. § 14.1d
The held breath. Visibly waiting to speak rather than listening, audibly inhaling on the approach.
  5. § 14.1e
Topic seizure. Using a pause for breath as a legal opening to change the subject entirely.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent allow each sentence to reach its own full stop, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
