    The anticipatory finish. Completing another’s sentence incorrectly and proceeding as though correctly.
  3. § 14.1c
    Volume escalation. Resolving simultaneous speech by becoming the louder participant.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent allow each sentence to reach its own period, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.
