- § 2.13bSustained eye contact. Maintaining the conversation throughout, as though nothing were happening.
- § 2.13cRegion selection. Choosing the one area that makes the act impossible to overlook.
- § 2.13dDuration. Continuing well past the point at which the itch was resolved.
- § 2.13eInspection. Examining the hand afterwards, in company.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent wait, leave the room, or at minimum turn around, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
