You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

    Failure to contain. Permitting water to leave the area designed to hold it.
  2. § 12.2b
    Curtain misplacement. Positioning a barrier outside the tray it exists to work with.
  3. § 12.2c
    The undried floor. Leaving standing water for the next occupant to discover with a sock.
  4. § 12.2d
    Mat neglect. Declining to use the mat provided for this exact eventuality.
  5. § 12.2e
    Ceiling ambition. Directing the head in a manner that reaches surfaces water should not.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent keep the curtain inside the tray and dry the floor before you leave, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
