You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 16.5aUnnecessary commentary. Supplying analysis alongside the commentary already being broadcast.
- § 16.5bRule explanation. Explaining a rule during the incident it applies to.
- § 16.5cThe predicted outcome. Announcing what is about to happen, correctly, ruining it.
- § 16.5dSecond-screen relay. Reading a live score from a phone ahead of the broadcast delay.
- § 16.5eManagerial critique. Delivering a substitution policy to a room that cannot implement it.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent save the analysis for half time, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
