You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

    Publication of deliberate ambiguity. Posting material engineered to prompt enquiry while withholding content.
  2. § 22.3b
    The unnamed party. Referring to somebody obliquely in a manner identifying them to everybody.
  3. § 22.3c
    Response withholding. Declining to answer the concerned replies the post was designed to produce.
  4. § 22.3d
    Escalating vagueness. Following one ambiguous post with a more ambiguous one.
  5. § 22.3e
    The lyrics. Deploying song text in place of any statement of fact.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent say the thing or say nothing, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
