    Elbow expansion. Extending beyond the armrest into airspace belonging to another ticket.
  3. § 11.3c
    The middle-seat disregard. Denying the compensating armrest to the one seat with no other advantage.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent surrender the middle armrest to the middle seat, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.
