Selection Rights Order

You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

1. § 24.4a
   Monopoly of selection. Retaining control of shared audio across every occasion.
2. § 24.4b
   The premature skip. Terminating another’s choice within forty seconds of it beginning.
3. § 24.4c
   Commentary. Supplying context nobody requested for each track as it starts.
4. § 24.4d
   Reclamation. Recovering the connection at the first opportunity after surrendering it.
5. § 24.4e
   Taste adjudication. Characterising another’s selection as a lapse rather than a preference.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent surrender the selection for a full hour without commentary, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
