You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

    Publication without consent. Posting an image of another person without any approval.
  2. § 22.1b
    Selective flattery. Choosing, from eleven options, the one in which only you look well.
  3. § 22.1c
    The mid-sentence capture. Selecting a frame taken while the subject was speaking or eating.
  4. § 22.1d
    Refusal to remove. Declining a direct request for removal on grounds of it being funny.
  5. § 22.1e
    Tagging aggravation. Attaching the subject’s name so that the reach extends to their colleagues.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent obtain approval from every person in the photograph before posting, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
