- § 22.1aPublication without consent. Posting an image of another person without any approval.
- § 22.1bSelective flattery. Choosing, from eleven options, the one in which only you look well.
- § 22.1cThe mid-sentence capture. Selecting a frame taken while the subject was speaking or eating.
- § 22.1dRefusal to remove. Declining a direct request for removal on grounds of it being funny.
- § 22.1eTagging aggravation. Attaching the subject’s name so that the reach extends to their colleagues.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent obtain approval from every person in the photograph before posting, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
