You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

Provisions breached
  1. § 8.3a
    Prolonged vocalization. Leaving an animal to vocalize continuously for the length of a working day.
  2. § 8.3b
    Absence of the owner. Being reliably elsewhere for the entire duration of the disturbance.
  3. § 8.3c
    Denial by non-observation. Maintaining the animal is quiet, on the basis of it being quiet when you are in.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent arrange company or care for the animal during the working day, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.

Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
