You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 8.3aProlonged vocalisation. Leaving an animal to vocalise continuously for the length of a working day.
- § 8.3bAbsence of the owner. Being reliably elsewhere for the entire duration of the disturbance.
- § 8.3cDenial by non-observation. Maintaining the animal is quiet, on the basis of it being quiet when you are in.
- § 8.3dThe garden release. Placing the animal outdoors at the point at which it becomes loudest.
- § 8.3eEarly commencement. Establishing a start time preceding any reasonable waking hour.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent arrange company or care for the animal during the working day, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
