You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

Provisions breached

    Transmission through structure. Operating audio equipment such that the wall itself becomes the speaker.
  2. § 30.6b
    Selection of frequency. Choosing the one part of the spectrum that passes through brick unimpeded.
  3. § 30.6c
    Nocturnal persistence. Continuing past the hour at which the other side of the wall has work in the morning.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent reduce the low end until the shared wall is no longer part of the instrument, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.

Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
