You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 30.6aTransmission through structure. Operating audio equipment such that the wall itself becomes the speaker.
- § 30.6bSelection of frequency. Choosing the one part of the spectrum that passes through brick unimpeded.
- § 30.6cNocturnal persistence. Continuing past the hour at which the other side of the wall has work in the morning.
- § 30.6dThe repeated track. Playing a single song eleven consecutive times without apparent fatigue.
- § 30.6eVolume creep. Beginning at a reasonable level and arriving, over ninety minutes, somewhere else entirely.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent reduce the low end until the shared wall is no longer part of the instrument, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
