    Retention of a token quantity. Preservation of one milliliter for the express purpose of not having finished it.
  3. § 7.4c
    Failure to report. Omission of the item from the groceries list, the group chat, and all conversation since.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent dispose of empty containers, and say so out loud, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.
