You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 36.10aIntroduction of an acoustic device. Placing a noise-producing item into a household that did not choose it.
- § 36.10bVolume selection. Choosing, from several available, the model without a volume control.
- § 36.10cBattery inclusion. Supplying power so that the item may begin functioning immediately.
- § 36.10dDeparture timing. Leaving the house within twenty minutes of the unwrapping.
- § 36.10eSize disregard. Selecting an item exceeding the available storage of the entire home.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent clear every noise-producing gift with a parent before buying it, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
