You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 36.8aReorganisation without consent. Relocating the contents of a home belonging to somebody else.
- § 36.8bCupboard reassignment. Establishing a new system without disclosing it to the household.
- § 36.8cThe improved arrangement. Describing the change as better, to people who cannot find the plates.
- § 36.8dDisposal by initiative. Discarding items judged, unilaterally, to be past use.
- § 36.8eFridge intervention. Rearranging perishables and relabelling nothing.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent return every item to where you found it, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
