- § 35.3dThe voice note. Escalating from text to four minutes of audio recorded in a taxi.
- § 35.3eOrthographic collapse. Transmitting material requiring interpretation rather than reading.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent surrender the phone to a responsible party before the evening begins, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
