You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 27.7a
    Return below usable level. Returning a vehicle with insufficient fuel to reach a station.
  2. § 27.7b
    The warning light. Leaving the indicator illuminated for the next driver to discover.
  3. § 27.7c
    Token contribution. Adding an amount calculated to postpone the problem rather than solve it.
  4. § 27.7d
    Charge neglect. Applying the identical practice to an electric vehicle, with worse consequences.
  5. § 27.7e
    Screenwash disregard. Depleting the reservoir entirely and mentioning it to nobody.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent return the vehicle with at least as much fuel as you found in it, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
