- § 25.2bParallel commencement. Opening a second project while the first stands incomplete.
- § 25.2cThe final ten percent. Declining, indefinitely, to complete the trim, the seal or the last coat.
- § 25.2dTool dispersal. Distributing equipment across every room and returning none of it.
- § 25.2eDust sheet permanence. Maintaining coverings long past any painting they were bought for.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent finish one project completely before beginning another, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
