You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

    Abandonment in progress. Ceasing work at the point where the difficult part begins.
  2. § 25.2b
    Parallel commencement. Opening a second project while the first stands incomplete.
  3. § 25.2c
    The final ten percent. Declining, indefinitely, to complete the trim, the seal or the last coat.
  4. § 25.2d
    Tool dispersal. Distributing equipment across every room and returning none of it.
  5. § 25.2e
    Dust sheet permanence. Maintaining coverings long past any painting they were bought for.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent finish one project completely before beginning another, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
