v.
Upon complaint of
Sarah
Complainant · a member of the household

You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 30.9a
Obstruction of communal access. Reducing a shared corridor to a width through which two people cannot pass.
  2. § 30.9b
The permanent bicycle. Storing a bicycle in a hallway for a period exceeding any plausible journey.
  3. § 30.9c
Accumulation of footwear. Establishing a shoe collection in a space belonging to everybody.
  4. § 30.9d
Refuse in transit. Leaving a bag by the door, in principle en route to the bin, for six days.
  5. § 30.9e
Fire route encroachment. Placing items along the one route everybody would need in a hurry.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent clear the communal area entirely and keep your belongings inside your own door, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
