Provisions breached

    Obstruction of communal access. Reducing a shared corridor to a width through which two people cannot pass.
  2. § 30.9b
    The permanent bicycle. Storing a bicycle in a hallway for a period exceeding any plausible journey.
  3. § 30.9c
    Accumulation of footwear. Establishing a shoe collection in a space belonging to everybody.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent clear the communal area entirely and keep your belongings inside your own door, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.
