    Deprivation of daylight. Achieving a height at which a neighboring window no longer receives afternoon sun.
  3. § 30.7c
    Deposit of leaf matter. Shedding the entire annual output onto the other side of the fence.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent cut the growth back to the boundary as it was originally surveyed, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.
