You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

Provisions breached
  1. § 10.1a
    Non-settlement of minor sums. Leaving amounts unpaid on the basis that each one is individually small.
  2. § 10.1b
    The cumulative position. Permitting a series of small sums to reach a total nobody would have lent at once.
  3. § 10.1c
    Deferred transfer. Undertaking to send it later and then entering an indefinite later.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent settle every outstanding sum, however small, within the week, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.

Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
