Outstanding Balance Notice

You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

1. § 10.1a
   Non-settlement of minor sums. Leaving amounts unpaid on the basis that each one is individually small.
2. § 10.1b
   The cumulative position. Permitting a series of small sums to reach a total nobody would have lent at once.
3. § 10.1c
   Deferred transfer. Undertaking to send it later and then entering an indefinite later.
4. § 10.1d
   The convenient forgetting. Recalling perfectly what was ordered and not at all who paid.
5. § 10.1e
   Reciprocal claim. Asserting a previous occasion of paying that cannot be dated or corroborated.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent settle every outstanding sum, however small, within the week, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
