You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 36.9aPublication without consent. Posting an image of a child without asking either parent.
- § 36.9bRule disregard. Proceeding despite a request made clearly and in advance.
- § 36.9cAudience scope. Publishing to an audience the parents have never met.
- § 36.9dLocation disclosure. Including a school, a street or a routine in the caption.
- § 36.9eFull name usage. Attaching the child’s full name to a public post.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent ask the parents before posting any image of their child, every time, effective immediately. You are hereby evicted from the privilege described above, effective immediately. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
