You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

    Publication without consent. Posting an image of a child without asking either parent.
  2. § 36.9b
    Rule disregard. Proceeding despite a request made clearly and in advance.
  3. § 36.9c
    Audience scope. Publishing to an audience the parents have never met.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent ask the parents before posting any image of their child, every time, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.
