  2. § 36.6b
    Achievement relay. Reporting a sibling’s news immediately after receiving yours.
  3. § 36.6c
    The unfavourable timing. Selecting the announcement of good news as the moment to introduce better.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent discuss each person’s life without reference to anybody else’s, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.
