Final Notice
You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 9.2aAbandonment of property. Leaving a completed cycle unattended for a period exceeding the memory of everyone in the household.
- § 9.2bCultivation of odor. Permitting a load to sour to the point that it must be washed a second time, at cost to all.
- § 9.2cObstruction of a shared machine. Denial of access to others who had, unlike the Respondent, planned ahead.
- § 9.2dFailure to answer notification. Disregard of three separate reminders, two of which were delivered in person and one in writing.
- § 9.2eUse of an appliance as a wardrobe. Storage of clean clothing in the dryer on the grounds that it is, at present, warm.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent remove all laundry within one (1) hour of the cycle ending, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
