  2. § 26.1b
    Absence of an agenda. Circulation of an invitation bearing a title, a time, and nothing else whatsoever.
  3. § 26.1c
    Reading aloud. Recitation of a document already distributed, in full, to every person present.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent send the email, as it should have been sent from the beginning, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.

Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
