    Silent attendance. Arriving at an occasion for which you were recorded as absent.
  3. § 29.3c
    Headcount disruption. Requiring catering revision after the numbers were submitted.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent reply to every invitation before the date requested, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.
