    Assumption of authority. Ordering on behalf of adults who are present and capable.
  2. § 18.2b
    Consultation absence. Selecting dishes without asking what anybody wanted.
  3. § 18.2c
    The sharing declaration. Announcing that everything will be shared, having chosen all of it.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent let each person order their own food, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.
