You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 18.2aAssumption of authority. Ordering on behalf of adults who are present and capable.
- § 18.2bConsultation absence. Selecting dishes without asking what anybody wanted.
- § 18.2cThe sharing declaration. Announcing that everything will be shared, having chosen all of it.
- § 18.2dDietary disregard. Ordering around a requirement stated at the start of the meal.
- § 18.2eQuantity inflation. Ordering for eight at a table of four and then discussing the waste.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent let each person order their own food, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
