Ordering Authority Order

You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

1. § 18.2a
   Assumption of authority. Ordering on behalf of adults who are present and capable.
2. § 18.2b
   Consultation absence. Selecting dishes without asking what anybody wanted.
3. § 18.2c
   The sharing declaration. Announcing that everything will be shared, having chosen all of it.
4. § 18.2d
   Dietary disregard. Ordering around a requirement stated at the start of the meal.
5. § 18.2e
   Quantity inflation. Ordering for eight at a table of four and then discussing the waste.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent let each person order their own food, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
