You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 30.4a
    Refusal of custody. Declining to accept a package on behalf of a neighbor while demonstrably at home.
  2. § 30.4b
    The unmentioned package. Accepting a package and then saying nothing about it for eleven days.
  3. § 30.4c
    Storage in an unsuitable place. Housing a neighbor’s package outdoors, under weather, beside a trash can.
  4. § 30.4d
    Selective availability. Being unavailable for packages and available for anything requiring a favor in return.
  5. § 30.4e
    Asymmetry of expectation. Requesting package custody at a rate of four to one against providing it.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent accept one package, hold it safely, and mention that you have it, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
