You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 18.5a
    Unauthorized removal. Taking of food from a plate belonging to another without request, permission or eye contact.
  2. § 18.5b
    Misrepresentation at ordering. Declaration of not being hungry, followed within minutes by sustained consumption.
  3. § 18.5c
    Selection of the best item. Removal of the single item the Complainant had been visibly saving for last.
  4. § 18.5d
    Escalation by frequency. Return to the plate on a second, third and fourth occasion within one course.
  5. § 18.5e
    Reciprocity refused. Defense of the Respondent’s own plate by hand while continuing to raid another.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent order what you intend to eat, and eat only that, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
