You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 20.4a
    Introduction of an unregistered attendee. Adding a person to a hosted occasion without notice.
  2. § 20.4b
    Catering disregard. Increasing the headcount after the shopping has been done.
  3. § 20.4c
    The doorstep reveal. Disclosing the addition at the threshold, when refusal is impossible.
  4. § 20.4d
    Seating displacement. Requiring the rearrangement of a table already laid.
  5. § 20.4e
    Dietary surprise. Presenting requirements on behalf of a guest not previously mentioned.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent ask before inviting anybody to somebody else’s home, effective immediately. This is a final notice. No further warnings will be issued. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
