- § 2.3bDisregard of the array. Proceeding past a line of removed shoes making the position obvious.
- § 2.3cThe brief exception. Claiming a short visit and then remaining for four hours.
- § 2.3dUpstairs extension. Carrying the practice to a carpeted floor and a bedroom.
- § 2.3eDenial of transfer. Asserting the shoes are clean without producing evidence.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent remove footwear at the door, every time, without being asked, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
