v.
Upon complaint of
Sarah
Complainant · a member of the household

You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 10.2a
Insistence upon even division. Proposing an equal split following a demonstrably unequal order.
  2. § 10.2b
Wine asymmetry. Ordering the second bottle and the third for a table of two drinkers.
  3. § 10.2c
The starter differential. Taking three courses at a table where others took one.
  4. § 10.2d
Rounding in self-interest. Performing arithmetic that reliably resolves in your favour.
  5. § 10.2e
Service charge disregard. Omitting the tip from your share and not from anybody else’s.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent pay for what you ordered, including what you drank, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
