You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 22.4aUnsolicited attachment. Attaching another’s identity to material bearing no relation to them.
- § 22.4bVolume. Producing tags at a rate exceeding any plausible relevance.
- § 22.4cThe bulk tag. Attaching eleven people to one item so that none of them is the point.
- § 22.4dCommercial content. Tagging in material that is, on inspection, an advertisement.
- § 22.4eRetagging after removal. Reattaching an identity the subject has already detached.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent tag somebody only when the content concerns them, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
