You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

  1. § 9.7a
    Deposit of wet textiles. Placement of a saturated towel upon bedding intended, at all times, to remain dry.
  2. § 9.7b
    Non-use of the provided rail. Disregard of a fixture installed at eye level for this exact and only purpose.
  3. § 9.7c
    Transfer of moisture. Communication of dampness to a duvet, a mattress, and a party arriving later.
  4. § 9.7d
    Drying of nothing. Arrangement of the towel such that it dries neither itself nor anything beneath it.
  5. § 9.7e
    Repetition after removal. Restoration of a fresh towel to the same location the following morning.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent hang every towel on the rail provided, which is right there, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
