You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 30.2aProlonged display. Presenting the trash can on Sunday and retrieving it, at the earliest, the following Sunday.
- § 30.2bObstruction of the footway. Positioning the trash can such that a stroller must enter the road to pass it.
- § 30.2cLid non-closure. Overfilling to the point where the lid stands permanently open at forty degrees.
- § 30.2dMigration. Allowing the trash can to travel by wind to a neighbor’s frontage and leaving it there.
- § 30.2eUnlabelled receptacle. Declining to mark the trash can, then retrieving whichever one is nearest.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent return the trash cans within twenty-four hours of collection, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
