You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:

Provisions breached
  1. § 30.2a
    Prolonged display. Presenting the trash can on Sunday and retrieving it, at the earliest, the following Sunday.
  2. § 30.2b
    Obstruction of the footway. Positioning the trash can such that a stroller must enter the road to pass it.
  3. § 30.2c
    Lid non-closure. Overfilling to the point where the lid stands permanently open at forty degrees.

It is therefore ordered that the Respondent return the trash cans within twenty-four hours of collection, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated.

Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
