Notice of Warning
You are hereby notified that the above-named Respondent has been found, upon evidence gathered over a period of considerable patience, to be in breach of the following provisions:
- § 18.9aAbdication of choice. Repeated deferral of a decision the Respondent is fully equipped to make.
- § 18.9bRejection without alternative. Dismissal of six proposals in succession while offering none of their own.
- § 18.9cRetrospective preference. Disclosure, after the meal, of where the Respondent would have preferred to go.
- § 18.9dConsumption of deliberation time. Expenditure of fifty minutes on a matter that required ninety seconds.
- § 18.9eTransfer of blame. Attribution of the eventual choice, and its failure, to the Complainant.
It is therefore ordered that the Respondent name one venue, out loud, without being asked twice, effective immediately. You are advised that continued conduct of this nature will be escalated. Compliance will be monitored. There is no appeals process, and there is no one to appeal to.
